Vorv Wellness LLC operates as a Management Services Organization (MSO) and provides non-clinical management and support functions including marketing and branding, administrative staffing, scheduling, facilities and equipment, billing, and patient communications. Vorv Wellness does not provide medical services and does not influence clinical decision-making.

This MSO structure is a common and lawful arrangement used by medspas and hormone therapy clinics, when properly documented in a Medical Services Agreement (MSA) and operated in compliance with state and federal law.
